Phio: new online assessment for 24/7 review
 of musculo-skeletal problems

smartphone in use

For a comprehensive, first step assessment of any new joint or muscle problem, try Phio.

It is linked to the physiotherapy and other musculo-skeletal services available locally via the NHS, and is available to all patients, without an appointment, 24 hours a day, every day of the year.

It is a powerful tool that can help you check whether your problem needs urgent attention or directing to another healthcare professional or it can start you on the journey for appropriate treatment straight away.

To access it, scan the QR code above or click the link below .If the App determines that you need professional review rather than self-care, it is possible that our First Contact Practitioners, based locally, may be a speedier alternative.

You can book a consultation (telephone in the first instance) with one of the excellent physios working across the A31 Group of Practices by calling the surgery.  It would be helpful to them if you mention when you speak with them that you have had a Phio assessment
