We offer minor ailments clinics every day. They can help with cystitis, earache, thrush, rashes, sore eyes, sore throats & prescriptions.
Antibiotics will only be issued where symptoms meet the criteria. Call us to  book an appointment.

We offer an URGENT CARE service during our opening hours .  This is for NON-EMERGENCY cases that do not require an Accident & Emergency hospital response.

This service is for genuinely URGENT cases during opening hours. Your request for an urgent response will be assessed by a GP and the appropriate level of service provided. A home visiting service may be available for housebound patients or those too ill to attend at the surgery and who require an urgent response.

Mon - Fri  8am to 6.30pm

We run a Minor Injury Unit for the local area. It is open to anyone regardless of which is your registered practice. We can cater for most minor injuries sustained within the previous 48 hours. More serious injuries, including major fractures, serious bleeding or head injuries will be expedited to the A & E Department at Basingstoke Hospital.

Once registered at reception, most patients are seen within 10 minutes by a duty nurse who can deal with a wide range of simple issues. More complex cases will be seen by the duty doctor.  During the hours of 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, we have access to x-ray facilities at the local hospital.

Common minor ailments can be treated at home. If you are unsure or if symptoms persist, consult your GP.

Practice Nurse Prescribers offer minor illness appointments daily

Our Nurse Prescribers can help with many conditions including: cystitis earache, thrush, rashes, sore eyes, and sore throats. They can issue prescriptions but antibiotics will only be prescribed if the clinical indications are appropriate.

GPs have an excellent understanding of general health issues.

Your GP Practice can deal with a wide range of general health problems and refer when required.

The Practice runs a Minor Injuries service Monday to Friday 8am to 6.30pm. ONLY if injury was within the previous 48 hours.

We care for MINOR injuries. Fractures, bleeds or head injuries need assessment at Basingstoke Hospital
